Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to allow us to resolve the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current purchase and, once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
